No Way! NEVER. Called Monica, we had a great phone interview. She was excited to manage our executive home in Placitas. We set up an appointment for her to come out and view the home. She never showed, never called. We called repeatedly, left messages, never returned our calls.

Monica helped me manage a property for a little over two years and would highly recommend her and her staff. We never had any issues and as soon as the tenants moved out she was beyond helpful with getting the house back into great condition. Would definitely recommend Enchanted Skies Realty to anyone looking for a property management team!

Sent an application through them and was denied due to having service animals and it being a no pet property. I spoke with Monica regarding the issue. Unfortunately they don't seem to realize "no pets" does not apply to service animals and this is discrimination under the fair housing act. After attempting to explain the woman I spoke with was extremely harsh and said if I was going to sue, it would go to mediation, and that she "knows cause she goes to court all the time". She provided her emails so I could send her the laws I was referring to, which I did, but have not received a response. Extremely unprofessional business practice and was less than pleased with the treatment.
