We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. However, what you state is misleading and incorrect. Danny had met you on the initial visit, but established that although you live on the property, you are not the homeowner. Since establishing that, Danny has been in contact with your mother who is making the decision regarding this potential work. Danny has reached out to your mother on two occasions since the initial inspection on September 29th (not two weeks ago like you have falsely stated.) Danny spoke with her about our unwillingness to perform the roof work on the casita you live in, based on the fact that the decking was not continuous and posed a safety hazard to our installers. Danny did discuss with your mother on the phone this past Friday, October 7th, that we could propose a metal roof option for the main house, as well as an option for a shingle system. We have been waiting to hear back from your mother on what route she would like to go, as there was some hesitancy on her part regarding the discussion on the casita as well as insurance issues. We have just been waiting on an answer from your mother to get the green light as to the scope of work desired. We have no phone record of you calling either Danny's cell phone or the roofing office unfortunately. We are sorry you felt it necessary to leave this review, as a simple phone call to the management team could have helped clear the situation for you or prevented your confusion. It seems like perhaps communication between yourself and your mother regarding the potential project has failed to happen or there is confusion. At this point, due to the misleading review you have left, we regretfully will not be providing your mother with an estimate for the work.
