T & B Roofing

Hired them to do a simple job - I paid him $5000 in cash he gave me a wink and a nod... first rain came - waterfall, destroyed the ceiling I had just fixed because Mike told me it was "good to go" - took him three weeks to come and check it and all he could come up with is that my flashings (that are 50 years old and every house has the exact same ones) were installed backwards - told me it wasn't his problem and left. I hired him to fix my roof from leaking, he didn't even test. He and two guys were up in my roof literally for 90 mintues - FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS and now I am out that money after losing my job. Asked him many times to please make it right - he stopped returning my messages. SO DISHONEST!

T and B has done roof repair a few times over the past few years. They also installed an entirely new roof within the last two years. After the recent snow, the melt resulted in a leak into the house -- an area that had been "repaired" before. I called T and B on a Wednesday and was told they'd arrive at 9:30 the next morning. No show. I called at 11:30, left a message which was never returned. Unprofessional, not responsive, etc. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I will not recommend T&B Roofing owned by Tim Medina to any potential customer. Poor management and amateur workers, disrespect to the client's property, and low quality upon completion. T&B Roofing fixed my roof twice. The first time (July 2018), my boyfriend was inspecting their work for the project's duration, and the result was satisfying. By the second time (December 2018), my boyfriend was out of town and unable to inspect.  I ended up with the trashed attic full of workers water bottles, chips of wood, and the other trash left behind by the workers. They broke my skylights (5) but replaced them with the new one of the different sizes. That "good gesture" resulted in me having bugs and water collection because the workers did not fit and sealed the skylight properly. I have a massive leak in the kitchen because the kitchen skylight was not positioned and appropriately sealed neither. I have a massive leak into the house structure's wood from a part of the roof.        I notified the owner of the company numerous times about the damages and poor-quality results. He and his workers were no show multiple times to fix. I took many days off of work to be at the house to accommodate their schedule. But they felt to show up every single time without notifying me in advance. It has been 18 months since I reported damages to the owner, and the owner does not show up nor sends his workers.In conclusion,  I will strongly suggest not to trust T&B Roofing because the quality of their work is below poor.
