        I was just denied entry to the store because the employee outside was smoking his cigarette. He said I can wait 20 minutes if I want to order. No wonder business is slow. 11/5 1640

        I went in with my child wasnt greeted he gave me a dirty look instead (Whatever right). I said HI I was in the best mood ever. (I work in customer service) I asked a few questions about the special got the most rude responses he made me want to cry while ordering. The moment I gave a rude response he told me to leave and denied me service. I did not do anything wrong. If you come at a child aggressively being an adult dont expect the mom to be nice about it. This guy is the most rude person owner or whoever he is that I have ever encountered. If I could give zero stars I would. And corporate should really take a look at the image this guy is giving Subway. Horrible person and terrible service!

        Ordered online through App. Got there and guy claimed never received. I tried to show him my phone with info, he refused to look at it. He also said he did not care and does not understand it. I asked for a refund and he threatened to call police and told me to call my bank. This was around 1:30 in afternoon on a Thursday the 26th of August. He had no customers in store. I had to keep calling for him to come out of back. I called corporate and the lady basically told me it is a franchise and call bank. I informed her my husband and I order Subway frequently (from a different location).She basically said I should go to Firehouse or JimmyJohns. Maybe I will only have Subway from San Mateo.At least the manager there cares about her customers.
