My car wouldn't start. I called my roadside assistance and they sent Dugger's to take my car to the dealership. Brandon showed up BEFORE the quoted time which was a pleasant surprise. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He explained everything he was doing. I was impressed by how careful he was while loading my car onto the flatbed truck. He treated my car as if it were the most important car made. I completely trusted Brandon to get my car to the dealership safely. I highly recommend Dugger's service and Brandon. I will definitely use them again.

The driver parked across three Handicapped spaces to get a bite, & when asked by security to please move the vehicle, the driver replied "I have a handicap placard". Doesn't give you any right to take up three spaces.

Horrible service, do not use this towing company! They will keep you waiting for hours. Should be out of business!!!!!!

Dont use this company if you care about your car. Had insurance company arrange tow thru this company and they damaged the bumper of my car. Tried to get them to repair the damage but they kept not calling me back and just ignoring me.
