We were having a goodbye dinner for my sister and had the most amazing servers that did everything to try and take our tears away and make it a lighthearted evening. The food could have sucked (it did not disappoint) and I would have given 5 stars just based on the service. They were sensitive to what this dinner meant to us and the compassion and empathy was felt by us. Mariah was training Valentino and they got our order perfect and went above and beyond what we expected or what TR would require. TR - make sure you hang on to those beautiful hearts.

Ok I normally love coming here. However I came with a large party Monday, the app should give options for large parties without having to call I don't know what the difference is in that situation for checking in ahead. Next our family was having a tremendously difficult day my sister just lost her son and had just seen him for the last time and they refused to serve my sister (which I could understand she wasn't being the best) HOWEVER the passive aggressive way the manager handled the situation was HORRIBLE! Instead of pulling one of us aside and explaining they maybe didn't feel comfortable serving her they basically let the entire restaurant hear they weren't going to serve her and without explaining to any of us. The food took forever and because they refused to serve my sister they took longer for the others who ordered drinks as well. I will not be back and honestly that staff is lucky I was having a crappy day and didn't want to argue with anyone. Right now I don't recommend this place to anyone.
