I hired Perez Plaster Corp to stucco a new patio. They were extremely responsive and professional. The job came out beautiful and they were very clean in their work. The owner, Mr Perez is great to work with. Would not hesitate hiring them again!

Perez Plaster Corp. stuccoed our entire house. From the first point of contact at the estimate Mr. & Mr. Perez were very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us a fair estimate and although their estimate was in the middle of the road of the 6 estimates we got, we felt that they we could trust them with the work They came and power sprayed prior to having new windows installed. Once the windows were installed they came out and dug the trench around the house. They were on time, friendly, courteous and worked efficiently. On the day of stucco application, they were on time, worked efficiently and got the job done in one day. They cleaned up very well and did a fabulous job. Our house looks great. We had concerns regarding the new windows and screens getting stucco on them but they were very careful managed not to. I would definitely recommend Perez Plaster for any residential or commercial job. We are very pleased with the work they did and their patience as we had several delays on the window install. Once the windows were installed they were ready to come get the job done. We will definitely use them again if we have our cinder block walls stuccoed.

I hired Perez Plaster to re-stucco my home, a small retaining wall in the front, and the cinder block walls between me and my next door neighbors. I chose a synthetic stucco and completely changed the color of my house. I also had my windows replaced at the same time. This work required coordination with the glass company, and trenching around my entire yard. I also have 5 dogs and needed to coordinate some outdoor time for them as well. The Perez Plaster workers were so easy to work with. I had the same crew for the entire job. They were always on time.They worked very hard and very quickly, and were very careful. They cleaned up each day - even my neighbors commented on how great a job they were doing! My house is finished now and looks beautiful! I would completely recommend this company! They are outstanding.
