Hello M K, Our amazing and thorough client portal allows me to see all the dates and communication during your tax prep service. On March 23rd we were notified you finished uploading all your documents. That same day you were sent an automated email that you were moved to the tax prep line and it would be completed in the order received. On March 29, you were notified your tax return was out of prep and was being reviewed, precisely 6 days later. On April 1, you were sent the tax return to review and approve. You were also sent very specific instructions to follow. You sent me a message thanking me an saying how much you appreciated our services and noted you were still reviewing it. On April 4th you approved and signed and it was E-filed. I also sent you an email that it was accepted by the IRS as well. Which most preparers do not do, however I like to provide my clients with peace of mind. I go above and beyond for all of my clients. Client care is my absolute number one priority and based on the records in your client portal you received great service. I would be happy to print all the emails and messages and send them to you for a reminder if you'd like. As you can see we have nothing but 5 star reviews on google because we do take the time to notify our clients every step of the way. I hope you and your family have a very happy holiday season.
