We recently hired JC Tree Care, based on very positive feedback from neighbors and customers in the west Academy area. I found Carlos very professional, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. His crew was really hardworking, efficient, and safety-conscious. I was amazed that they operated in assembly line fashion in multi-task mode.Check it out. JC Tree Care crew just finished removing three trees that needed to go. The job is perfect! Everything that I expected was done just right. Manny and the other 2 crew members were very polite and I'm very pleased. The cleanup of all areas was wonderful, I did not have to do any further cleaning of all areas affected. They are great and also a company I have used for many years at 2 different homes.

My backyard neighbor informs me that a large branch had broken on a tree from my yard and threatening his property. I called Carlos from JC Tree Care, who had previously cut down 2 of my trees, for assistance. He came the same day to check it out and had it taken care of within several days, working directly with my neighbor. Thank you for you Prompt and Excellent service!! Outstanding service, trimming over 12 trees in 10 hours.
