We had a similar issue. We were remodeling a bathroom and needed a valve replaced. Chris came out and looked at it and said he would order the valve. I contacted him twice to get a status and he said he was busy but would call when he got the part. We never heard from him again. We wasted three weeks waiting for him.

We hired Chris to complete plumbing, including radiant floor heating boiler, for new home construction in Angel Fire, NM. He was to be completed by July 2016 and as of September 10, 2016 he still has not finished. He "has been in contact with boiler manufacturer" for over 2-months and still doesn't have the boiler/radiant floor heating working correctly. He can't (or refuses to) follow specific, detailed instructions, including photos indicating how we wanted fixtures laid out. We are out of town and he is TERRIBLE at communicating, whether by phone, text, or email. When he actually shows up to work, his work is decent, but had I known how much pain he would be to work with I would NEVER have hired him. I recommend you find a different plumber and do not use Chris' Plumbing, Chris Sandoval
