        The people who run this placement do it up to par. The machines in the wash room don't work most of the time. But the machines will take your quarters & most people won't ask for their money back. Those who have lived in these apartments for 10 years or more do not get their apartments up graded or even have new curtains to replace the old ones. Some don't have the cockroaches under control or all the appliances working. Carpets in the apartments who have been longtime renters really need to be replaced & new paint jobs. Your really, really lucky if you get a hold of anyone in the office.
