Lack of professionalism and integrity. At first I thought service was ok relative to what your paying for. My issue is not with the agency itself. Rather a member of its staff who is in management. I felt
his personal conduct was less then stellar. I get the whole notion of being outside of work and what not. However, I don't act deceitfully or just flat out lie to anyone generally speaking. I realized at some point that I was not only being deceived but actively being lied to. I find that troubling regardless if this was in the realm of personal life, or in the act of working. With that being said I can't help but to think if said person is doing this to me outside of work; what happens then when work is involved? Needless to say I've been avoiding going into this office and honestly would be ok with lapsing in coverage and finding elsewhere to go especially before I need to re-register the car.
