        My computer had problems after a power outage and Mr. Patel at Eclipse Solutions in Roswell NM took the time to look at my computer, clearly explained and showed me the problem then gave several options to resolve the problem. I chose to replace my old one and he had the new one ready with my data by the end of the same day. Excellence in customer service is so important these days and you will find it at Eclipse Solutions! I'm very pleased with my new computer!

        First things first.... The amount of respect and the caringness and appreciation that was shown when I was asking questions was % professional.... I had my SKYTECH Desktop run in for a simple diagnosis for issues and to see if anything was wrong.... Brandon I believe was his name took great care of me asked appropriate question's paying close attention to anything I replied with and had everything fixed within a few hour's if you stop in to Artesia New Mexico and you have a computer issue Definitely Recommend This Place.
