I went last night around 8 or 9 pm when we got to the window they provided half of our food and then had us pulled foward which is no issue, the issue is that they took 35 to 40 min to go and give us the rest of our order not only that but when we got home we were missing part of our order. I personally called that same night to let them know they wanted my address so they can send a voucher. I refused to give my address amd I know this is a me problem but I wouldn't like them having that type of information so what the manager did was write down my name and what I was missing and let the manager from the next shift (morning) that I would be coming for my missing item. I just went and not only was the manager condescending and rude, she also didn't provide me with my missing food nor a refund she said I can go tomorrow (to waste my time again) and talk to the general manager she was persistent in me giving her my address for the voucher but I am not comfortable giving her my address specially with the customer service I received today
