We found ourselves in need of auto repair while in town for a dog show on a Wednesday & planning on leaving Sunday. Everyone I called either couldnt get me in until next week or didnt bother to return my call. ARC saw me the same day got the car diagnosed the next & repaired by this morning (Friday). Labor rate were reasonable no problem getting parts. They were busy but made time to take off my problem & keep us on schedule. Thanks ARC

Michael and the crew recently completed a great job on my niece's very-high-mileage Sierra pickup. I had the disadvantage of communicating with Michael from afar (I'm in CA) but he made the interaction very easy. I feel quite lucky because I found ARC Automotive via a simple web search. The truck was running very poorly when my niece brought it in. The original diagnosis was accurate and I felt comfortable with the additional items he found, once the engine was apart. Michael also suggested items (e.g., timing chain) that could be done without additional labor, just parts. Very happy with the process, nice to know a good shop in the area should my niece need additional work. I'm also comfortable with the online invoicing service they use (SquareUp)
