        Came in to get a haircut. I didn't want a shampoo. Then when I paid I was charged for a shampoo. I thought there was something called an express cut No senior discounts? Thank you for your reply. Perhaps the employees should verify the screen wasn't on so I couldn't read prices This would improve on customer service

      Hi Joann,The express cut was something we had prior to 2020 and it was a one-length cut that took only a few minutes. We do have a buzz cut that is similar but that may not have been what you were looking for. The buzz cut is a one-blade clipper cut all over and does not include the shampoo and it replaced the express cut. Our haircut price is for a haircut and shampoo and it is an excellent deal with a shampoo that is the best part of the service! We do our best to make it relaxing and enjoyable for you. Also, we do have a senior discount, please ask for it when you check out so they make sure to give that to you on your ticket. We also have other discounts that may be even more beneficial than the senior discount, so please ask about those the next time you visit us.
