        We came in tonight not realizing they were closing (we hate being those people) but the staff told us to take our time with eating, despite they were closing. They also allowed others to come into the lobby after they were starting to lock up. That alone shows their customer service skills! Great job Bernalillo Baskin Robbins!

        Middle of the day and lobby is closed. Do not stop here if your on the road and want to stop for ice cream. They wont let you in. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this location!

        Its really sad to see a business that has 3 different signs - hand made showing that their dining room is open but its closed. This happens frequently at this location [yes I took a picture) clearly today there are 2 people inside, and then go thru the drive thru and they dont have the ice cream your looking for. Very disappointed.

        We live close to this location very rude customer service they seem to have a attitude and are not very willing to help you. We will not go back to this location again. Not much of a selection.They really get rude if you want some hand packed they say they cant do it.
