Nothing to say other than a waste of time . We had 80k in the bank told the guy our situation about our land utilities etc I was told they couldnt help me went to factory homes direct in abq the next day got an approval of 260k picked out our house ordered of now waiting to close .thanks for nothing

I would echo others reviews. This company strung us along for days in believing that our offer on a home would be accepted and that they were just busy. However 2 days later someone had come in with a better offer that wasnt even on the table at the time of our offer and they accepted that offer and rejected ours. Please dont count on this company to care about you the customer and dont get excited about one of their homes.

we have had our estimated move in time changed 7 times, we have been trying to get our home set for 14months now, every time I speak to them its a different story. we are now looking at another 3-4 Months before we are in our home, that will total almost 20 months to get into the home, and we found the land on our own all they had to do was get the home here. We regret staying with them.
we have 2 friends that purchased homes from them and had bad experiences. one has been living in their home for a year and is still battling with them to come and fix missing molding and trim, the excuse given is "that wasn't in the budget" the home is still under warranty. The other friend moved out of the home because the roof was leaking and they wouldn't fix it.
I then have a co-worker that was ready to sign on a home and 3 days before she was told to bring an additional 22k to closing because the home price had increased by 22k even though the home had been sitting on the lot well over a year.
My advice would be to be careful and be ready for a nightmare if you are going to purchase a home from here.
