Our problem occurred late on a Friday. Noble Mechanical arrived that evening to assess the problem and had us fixed so we weren't without water. They returned early on the next day with the parts they needed to completely fix our issue. They were prompt, very friendly and efficient.
I highly recommend them.

Noble Mechanical installed an entirely new, state of the art heat pump system and ductwork for us. Their workmanship was flawless, attention to detail was excellent, and communication was fantastic. Michael Castillo (owner) personally managed every detail of the job, checking at every step to make sure things were done right. The entire crew was trustworthy, polite, worked very hard, and didnt quit until the job was done right and the job sites were tidy. We will not hesitate to use Noble Mechanical again for all of our home needs, from plumbing to electrical and more. Thanks, Michael, Jesse, Edgar, Daniel, and the rest of the crew!!

Right before Christmas, I walked out to my garage and "what to my wondering eyes did appear," but a room full of water! My hot water heater had leaked all over the floor. And with company coming! I went to my computer and tried to find a plumber who could come out after hours and on a weekend. I saw a few who were listed as doing emergency work, but only one answered my call. Unfortunately, the plumber was not available. I then saw a company listed in Bernalillo which serviced Placitas as well as Albuquerque. I immediately called their number and Michael answered the phone. He was at my house within 30 minutes and very quickly sized up my problem. I needed to replace my water tank as it was leaking from the inside, and upon further inspection by Michael, me and a great neighbor, we discovered that the 3-year old tank had rusted inside. Michael then called one of his partners, Jesse, to get his assessment. Jesse agreed and then pointed out necessary changes to some of the pipes around the tank. He was very clear as to why they were necessary and how changes would be a big improvement. As I am somewhat familiar with simple flow dynamics, I agreed to their plan. Early on Monday, Michael, Edgar and Jesse appeared with the tank I had decided on and began the removal of the bad tank and installation of the new tank. They completed the job early that evening. I am really happy with the new hot water heater and the better copper pipe system with newer couplers for all the joints. Best of all, I have not had any issues with the new system. I am very pleased with the work done by the folks at Noble Mechanical. They were on time, very professional, and did excellent work! i would say that it was money well spent.

The good: Michael & crew REALLY wanted to make me happy, and they pretty much succeeded. They came up to the Jemez Mountains for this job, which is hard to get contractors to do (especially in the winter). They provided a superior product (Lochinvar 95% efficient boiler) at a price within the bounds of what I was told to expect for an old-fashioned boiler.
The bad: Noble neglected to warn me that I was their first experience installing this complicated system. They thought it would take only a couple days, but it took over a week. They insist on 50% down-payment (this is the first time I have been happy with a company after agreeing to 50% up front). Lastly, their working hours conflict with my schedule. They worked long days, but started around 11:00 (after an hour drive to my house). I am more of an 8:00 to 4:30 person.
