The people at Aloha were ANAZING! We needed a last minute repair on our water system with on our 36 ft. Class A RV on our way out of town and they were able to accommodate us quickly so we could get on the road.

Just bought a Cedar Creek from John. Great rig & we got it for a good price. Alice did an awesome job of writing up the paperwork & answered all our questions! Gabriel did a great job with the walk through on the rig & was honest about what he knew and what he would have to research to find the answers to our questions! There was no pressure to buy & the entire staff was really friendly to us and especially kind to our dog, Bandit! He did his tricks & he was rewarded with treats!
I am editing this review because THIS was the day we bought it. Alice Strebeck suggested it because people take more stock in Google reviews! We spent $90k+ on a Cedar Creek EFK38 5th wheel rig and had we known how unprofessional their warranty manager, Jeff Dixon was and that Alice Strebeck backs that behavior we would have NEVER purchased it! The next day the bedroom slides wouldn’t come in& we took it back, their service staff forced it in to get us off the lot & out of town; next night in Elephant Butte NM same thing. Called & we were told we were “out of their service warranty area”. By 12/4/19 we called with a claim. It took 160 days for them to get us a replacement tv. Come to find out they have no relationship with Forest River (the manufacturer) and we had to file with them directly. It was July 9, before the slide was fixed & we could have possibly moved the rig. I would never by ANYTHING from these people. Oh yeah, they have not provided a towelbar, a fuse panel or even had the courtesy to respond to these requests.
