        I worked there for some time. I'm surprised this place is still open.. it's terrible there. Upper management is so unprofessional.two faced people.. they don't care who they bring in as long as they have numbers that's all they care about that quarterly bonus for bringing people in. So sad.don't even know there own residents.. there, even discrimination going on there. And if you care about your loved one. Don't take them here. Trust me I know all the insides there and I can go on ..

        From the intake process through the care of my Dad, everyone at Bloomfield Nursing & Rehab treated my Dad with kindness, respect and dignity. In particular Daisy (admissions) and Courtney (nurse) were terrific. The facility looks clean, smells clean, runs efficiently and is relatively quiet. I am very happy with the care my Dad received.
