        I've been in since 1st of September and so far other than the office staff Avalon would get a failing grade. Guano coated entry ways, entry hall lights burned out, maintenance requests not acted upon, and entry gates that don't let you in with access card or entry code. And to add insult to injury, the "emergency maintenance" phone number actually hangs up on you without being answered. Caveat Emptor!

        I tried calling about a place for rent, no answer. Then I tried leaving a voicemail, no answer. Finally, I tried to drive up to the office. No answer. In the end I decided to look elsewhere. If they are too busy to take my money, I can only imagine the problems I would have if I did live there.
