Literally was trying to just get a bathroom code to wash my hands & the employees acted like they didnt see nor hear me ask & they were looking right at me!! , whats crazy is when the District manager comes & sits at the back table on the lap top all employees are on deck.. How can I help!! What can I do!! They should be doing this anyways not just when a supervisor is around! Its frustrating as a customer honestly! & poor customer service really makes you lose business! & the employees look so u happy! Its kinda sad! I love Taco Bell & this just makes me not want to come back!!

I finally got to try the cantina chicken burrito. It was amazing and the Carlsbad taco Bell people wrapped it correctly. Brought a tear to my eye. Vegetarian options: Black bean anything comes out great. I only wish they had some low carb tortilla options
