I was having problems with the front end of my truck and they went out of their way to fix it and didnt do extra work that was unnecessary. They stayed late to put tires on and and was very friendly.

Worst experience of my life. I had an accident at 10:30PM, waited for a tow truck to come & assist me, & was eventually towed to their shop at 2AM. While stranded overnight, I tried finding as much resources as I could & sent an email inquiring service. When I entered the shop at 7AM, Anthony looked me up & down & seemed to have an unpleasant impression of me & made me feel very unwelcome. He didnt show the slightest kindness towards me until another man was asking me about my dog & he decided to join the conversation. Anthony advised me they didnt have my exact tire & offered me a used tire to act as a spare. When I agreed to that, he came back & said the tire was 11yrs old & they couldnt sell it to me. He ordered me a tire & said there would be a 95% chance it would arrive next day. While I waited stranded in my car most of the day while waiting for a family member to get back into town, I could hear Anthony & another employee openly mocking me & my situation bc I emailed them asking basic questions about their service options at 2AM & how my tire was so damaged it was ridiculous to think it could be repaired. When my tire was ordered & put on, & I was getting ready to drive off, I heard my car making an ungodly sound. When I asked them to inspect it, they then informed me that my front right lower power arm was smashed in & needed replacing. Anthony mentioned how he noticed the damage while working on my car but didnt bother to mention it. I just think its absolutely insane they wouldnt inform me of the extensive damage & expect me to drive my car like that. From then on, I worked with Derek in alignment. He was a lot more helpful & kind. He replaced the lower power arm & test drove the vehicle & advised my axle needed to be replaced & was able to complete the job by 4/1/24. The only reason I gave 2 stars was bc of Dereks help. Its sad the entire company will get a bad review bc of one persons attitude. I dont know why I was treated this way bc money was not an issue. Maybe bc Im a Hispanic female? Maybe bc my vehicle had prior damage to the hood(which my mother bought this way & was not my doing). Regardless, I pray no one is ever in the situation I was in. If you need a tire, just go to Walmart. Derek is great for any infrastructure work. I was already upset about my situation but the way Anthony treated me made me feel so much worse. I will NEVER give them my business ever again.
