        Tried to open a bank account here, no dice! Teller said I had to have a local address. Apparently a p.o. box isn't good enough. Interestingly, I can find no NM or Federal law that requires one to have a physical address in a region in order to open a bank account. This teller was rude and clearly enjoyed frustrating me. She cost WaFd a new account. Taking my money to Tierra Amarilla!

        Their atm froze up, and it took her card. She went inside and they made excuses that they weren't going to give back the card. She came and got my brother and I, and I said: "you can't detain property that isn't yours", and "magically" they could see why it was taken and retrieved it. 😐 They were incredibly rude to my sister and I wasn't leaving the building until my sister got her card back or I was in handcuffs. No one picks on my sister. When they did hand back the card and her ID, they tossed it back at her. The old woman there was sighing left and right. Then gave us dirty looks when she held the door for us. Vile creatures work here.
