        How do these people still have jobs, absolutely the slowest service, tracking shows delivered and it still takes 5 days to make it to the box, how hard is it to carry a letter, its 10 steps away from my box.

        You ask to hold your mail for 3 months then they return your mail and change the locks on my box. This has happened to many of my friends. There is no communication between employees
