        Heather was not only super kind, But very fast and professional. Flowers are not just for holidays but to show and spread love, Bella flora took the time to make a beautiful bouquet to celebrate that.

        Order was placed with wrong address. No big deal, made a phone call and confirmed the correct address and was assured that it would be delivered to the correct address. Instead, with zero notification, it was dropped off at the wrong address, not the address I called and confirmed. I notified Heather and said, "[the recipient] is on their way to the wrong address to pick them up. I just wanted you to know that it was messed up". The recipient then arrived at the address that they were delivered to just to find out that the delivery guy came and got them after being told not to. At this point, the delivery driver proceeds to smack talk me for being upset about how goofed the process was. I then called again to ask what that was all about and was treated poorly. I'm, glad you don't think that your business doesn't need returning customers. Good luck. I'll be finding other places to recommend.
