In town for nearly a month on business. My experience with Marriott is quite long, having been a Bonvoy member for over 11 years. I've stayed in dozens of Marriott hotels, and this particular property is a disappointment. Not only is there a desperate need of an upgrade to the overall property, but the furniture in my room seems to be heavily dated and definitely worn out. The pull-out bed/couch is so old and worn that it is completely uncomfortable to use. As well, I have also complained to staff about internet speed and consistency. Having been told that there is no issue, I have a different opinion. When one tries to stream Netflix, for example, it takes literally minutes just to open the app on the TV and log in. Minutes when it should be seconds. Then there is the frustration of the system rebooting in the middle of a show. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. Having another 3 weeks of work to go here in the area, I am seriously considering moving to a different hotel.

The staff is definitely the best part of this hotel. They were kind and efficient. AC barely worked, bed was curved inward and room smelled. Marriott needs to give this property some attention. Charged a fee to use our Amex.
