        Absolutely trash service and a waist of your time and money

        As far as I can tell there is NO office at this location. So far the customer service for CenturyLink has been one of the worse experiences of my life. You get nothing but robo-calls and when you try to call them, I got thrown into a loop that gets me nowhere. Their product is acceptable, but their service - is so frustrating. Either you get bounced around on the phone, or they connect you to someone who doesn't speak English very well and you have no clue what they are asking, or whether they understand you. This is sad. Why do they make it so difficult. The only reason I have CenturyLink now is: "The field technician (Matt) who hooked us up was terrific".
