So I have waited to write this because I wanted to make sure I was correct in how I felt, and less emotional about my visits there. When I was referred to three rivers, I was told they did dry needling. So I made my appt, went in for my consultation and was told nobody there was licensed. One guy was going to be though, so I thought okay I will do a few appts and then try the acupuncture. Quickly I realized this place wasn't going to work for me though, when they kept giving me a new therapist each visit. And each therapist has a different idea of what's wrong, and different exercises for me to do. Okay, variety is good I guess? But the kicker for me, is that they double up their clients. So when you think you have an appt at 10:00am, you are also sharing your therapist with at least one other person. So just imagine, laying on the table getting your back worked on, or your ankle, whatever, and the therapist says okay I'll be right back, and wanders over to another patient for who knows how long. Maybe you guys shouldn't be accepting new patients if you can't handle the ones you have now? Anyway, I did a couple months of these random appts with different therapists, sometimes leaving in tears due to them injuring me more, and never once was I able to get in for the acupuncture. I told myself I would give them two more appts of me asking for the acupuncture straight up and if I still didn't get it, I'd quit. Well, excuse after excuse, they never did it. So I cancelled all future appts and will absolutely not go back. Everyone is real nice and everything, but in my opinion physical therapy should be one on one, and not rushed because they are working on multiple patients at once. This place just wasn't for me, but I'm glad so many people have actually gotten help there. Hopefully I can find that eventually.

As the administrator of the company I do appreciate positive and negative reviews, as this helps the staff and company grow. I would like to send my apologies and let you know I am interested in the specifics so I can better explain the situation and also provide any additional training for the staff. Knowing our staff is always learning and continuing their education in physical therapy, we are delighted to be able to offer dry needling again as our therapist is certified as of April 1st. Dry needling is based on human anatomy and the neurophysiological principles. As physical therapist we don't offer acupuncture as this is based on traditional Chinese medicine. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Please email me directly at [email protected].
