This place is amazing. The atmosphere when you walk in is relaxing and the staff members are pleasant and very knowledgeable in their field of practice. They will take time to talk to you about what your options are and give you estimates of whatever treatment you choose. This is one place that can be categorized as reputable. If you ever consider this kind of treatment come here. You will not be sorry. Update: Since starting to visit Pelle, they have moved locations and are much closer to the mall. The atmosphere isn't as relaxing as it was before, but the service is still spectacular. This is still what I consider a necessary, although expensive, thing to have in your life.....especially if you're determined to "not go gently into that good night." Women, and men, try it! You'll love it. 10/07: Business is still wonderful and the staff members amazing. I dont care for the surrounding atmosphere and wish they either hadn't moved or find a better place to move to (even though I can't see that happening). I still endorse them and will continue to do business with them. 1/30/23: First time seeing Julie; she is very knowledgeable and willing to share her thoughts/experience, very friendly and open as well. While I'm a firm believer in sticking with what/who you know, I wouldn't have a problem seeing her again. 5/26/23: First time seeing Tracy. I had my first Viva Face treament, and honestly I was nervous, but it was a wasted use of energy. Tracy put me at ease; she had warmed the treatment bed, washed off any residula makeup/dirt on my face, and constantly wanted feedback on how I was doing/feeling. At one point she turned the radiofrequency machine down a bit because I was a little too sensitive. She made my upcoming appointment less nerve-wracking. I am eager to see the final results, although I'll have to wait until all treatments are over. I still say, even though the costs for most treatments may seem a bit exorbitant, if you want to fight your own aging, this is the place to do it.
