        So the ratings are only affected because my last experience was a let down. Jack in the box is a craving not a total desire but when it's craved you have to get it! We went through drive through placed our order no problem; until we got to the window. "We were JUST told we ran out" was what we heard after waiting in the drive through for 20+ minutes. I do have to say though during placing the order they were pleasant and professional, even at the window!

        Xavier is very customer service oriented. He was on his lunch break and helped me a sr citizen figure out the coke dispenser. What a great employee!
