I recently worked with Vicki Lucero from Waterstone Mortgage, and I'm super happy with how she helped me through the whole mortgage process. Vicki is really good at explaining things in an easy way, making the complicated stuff seem much simpler. What makes Vicki great is that she took the time to explain all the tricky parts of the mortgage process in a way that was easier to understand. She made sure I knew what was going on at every step, and left me no doubt that she is an expert! One thing that stood out to me was how patient Vicki was. She always answered my questions, even if I asked the same thing more than once. Her friendly and helpful attitude made a big difference.
