        Scheduled an appointment one day prior, arrived early. Office staff are all courteous and friendly, despite my sloven appearance. Everyone welcomed me with a smile and very professional demeanor. Fran was excellent in explaining my options and where my current insurance company is failing me in coverage and price. She explained in detail how State Farm's auto policies are stacked as well as portable. They also provide additional coverages for hobbies, crafts, jewelry, and sporting goods. I am very impressed with the one on one customer service provided. Thank you all.

        Always pleasant, knowledgeable. The folks there get things done expeditiously, such as a claim we had last year. I've been with this office for many years now and I doubt I will change offices.
