        This facility is the worst Ive ever experienced. The director is rude and doesnt even know what his staff looks like and half the nursing staff is incompetent. Medication was delivered late, they are NOT accommodating to food allergies and despite being in the facility for nearly a week a patient has NOT received a shower. This place is awful. The patient FINALLY started receiving PT on day 5. If you can DO NOT send your loved one here. Go LITERALLY anywhere else. Dont waste your time and dont scar your loved one.
