We had a vary unethical experience with Sam Sandoval on 4/27/2020. Sam represents the buyer of 847 Mesa Roja Trail NE Rio Rancho, NM 87124 and we made an offer (Letter of Intent) on the house and raised our offer $25K and then we had a verbal agreement on the purchase. Our realtor sent Sam and the buyer a purchase agreement and they went behind our back to solicit offers that were higher than ours without communicating that our most recent offer was unacceptable. The whole experience was very immoral and shady. I would recommend you stay away from Sam Sandoval.
