Our family is so thankful for Kim Leach and Robert Swan of Swan Realty. My 85 year old mom lost her younger brother in December 2021 and inherited his beautiful home in Cerro, New Mexico. When she was ready to put it on the market we did not know how to start since we live in California. A dear friend and realtor here in California interviewed a few realtors on our behalf and found Kim to be the perfect fit for us and she was! From the moment we met her she felt like a close friend. She listened to us and addressed all of our concerns in being so far away during this process. She went above and beyond for us and cared for my Uncles home and property like it was her own. Kim Leach was wonderful. Always helpful. Always there to help. Always answered questions and more importantly answered her phone when you called. She mAde the process of buying a vacation home a pleasant experience. The staff was awesome. Kim went the extra mile ( above and beyond). Would recommend and would call her first if I was in the market to sale or buy in Northern New Mexico.
