As a new resident to New Mexico, I began researching propane companies to compare services and costs. As I went down the list, the majority of companies I called either didnt pick up the phone or didnt seem to have knowledge of their product. When I called PICO propane, Anna answered the phone and promptly informed me of my options, costs, as well as arranged an appointment for me with their field manager, Abraham, to discuss more specific information pertaining to my off-grid needs. I called PICO Propane and my needs were heard, validated, and realized. Service was prompt, communication was clear, and my expectations were surpassed by the notable level of professionalism and competence Abraham and PICO propane delivered. Thanks guys!

I had been with Fox LPG for 20+ years, and my rental tank began leaking propane from the regulator. I contacted Fox LPG to come and check my tank, after three weeks they sent a repairman, and he said he would replace the regulator at no cost since the tank was a rental. I once again called Fox LPG, and they told me they would have a repairman come back on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. No repairman ever showed up, to repair the propane regulator. I called Pico LPG and spoke to Ana. She was very helpful and informative on her company's policy. She also worked with me to schedule a future date to deliver the propane since I still had thirty percent of fuel in my tank. On April 1, 2022, Ted came to install the new rental tank and inspect my heating system. After installing the tank, he made sure there were no leaks and that my gas water and home heating systems were working good. The new tank was delivered with 12 gallons of fuel, and Ted came back the next day and added the remaining 188 gallons needed to fill the tank. Great Job! Louie
