I was contacted by Michael who was courteous and professional in wanting to make right "a bad experience" I had with Charlie's in the past. After agreeing to a "second chance opportunity " I brought my 2008 Ford 250 in to have a check engine light scanned. I was pleasantly surprised that mechanic "T" diagnosed the problem while I waited. It was a glowplug that needed replacing. The suggestion was made to replace all 8 which was good advice as they were all original. The repair was made in a timely manner and I had my truck back the next day! Thank you Charlie's! Job well done! Note: I asked for a photo of the old glow plugs which Michael sent right away...this being my first diesel truck I had no idea what they looked like:) Again great Job!

Came in to replace a blown out fuel pump on my RV and the part wouldn't be in until the following Monday. They allowed me shoreline hook-up and storage of the RV on site at no extra charge since my generator was also out. They were extremely sincere and caring and the shop employees were a blast to chat with during the repair process. They worked quick and very efficiently. Will absolutely hit them up next time I pass through New Mexico in the future. These guys know their stuff!
