This company is the only option for this area. Unfortunately they know this and act accordingly. Do not respond, do not answer calls, do not process payments. Picking up trash?? 50/50 odds. I do believe I can go elsewhere for our commercial needs, however no other option for residential.

I wish I could give it 0 stars or negative stars, they are unprofessional, not responsive, they saw me bringing my trash can up and the driver hopped in his cab and drove away! It seemed as though he waited till I got close then ran away. I understand not seeing someone but waiting for me to get to him THEN leaving. It's wrong. Tried calling, no answer. 0/10 would not recommend to ANYONE

Their payment system is absolute garbage. You cant pay online. You cant pay via automated system. You cant talk to anybody to pay your statement. Weve had about 3 statements go overdue because we literally COULD NOT pay our bill, even though we put significant effort into doing so. Recently I called to pay our bill, no one answered. Left a voicemail. They called back but I was at work so I was away from my desk. I called back, no one answered. Left another voicemail authorizing them to run the card on file. No call back. Called again this morning & left another voicemail to verify if they ran the card because the amount hadnt been withdrawn from our account. A couple hours later I saw it finally drafted. But then, when my husband got home after work, he saw our trash can was gone. Not blown away, laying in the ditch or across the road. They took our trash AND our trash can!! Because they & their system are completely incompetent, we get punished for it. Its frustrating & incredibly infuriating. Unfortunately they are the only trash service in this area, otherwise Id switch in a heartbeat.
