        I've used Aspen twice now for repairs and both times I was in and out in no time at all. I'm very satisfied with the work that they've done.

        So my initial assesment of the location was that it seemed be a well run dental office. But soon after my appointment I found just how poorly the Central Ave, Albany NY location actually was. I went into the office because of a cracked tooth, while there doctor indicated that I had an infection in my lower jaw and would require anti-biotics. Okay not the worse news but still concerning. My visit was last Saturday today is now Tuesday and after many phone calls to this location from both myself and the pharmacy I recieved my medication. The first time the dentist sent my script to be filled he requested 100mg pills of penicillan, that medication does not come in 100 mg pills. What legitimate dentist does not know that 100 mg pills of penicillan does not exsist? Dentists at Aspen Dental apparently. So the next script that was sent was for 500 mg pills with the frequency 1 pill in 24 hours. The pharmacist called again for clarification because that didn't make any sense. Now in the mean time I the patient called Aspen Dental several times to understand where my script was. I was told no less than 6 times it had been sent to my pharmacy, which it had not. The supervisor Jaeda was rude, disrespectful, and diminished my pain and worry. First time we spoke she hung up on me deliberately, when I called the second time she was just a rude and nasty as she could be. Dr. Hawwash and Jaeda and their location will have a not so nice time speaking to their regional manager in the near future. I have filed a compliant against the doctor and his staff. Long story short DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER. You are putting your health at risk,
