        Not available. Drove myself to the airport. Was late but plane was 2 hours late leaving. Parking experience was great. Will not use taxi next time.

        Didnt use because they wouldnt get a fare from Clifton Park to Schenectady. There was a bad snowstorm and I was really dreading picking up my daughter from work. If thats their policy, fine. It was the abrupt hangup from call taker after he said we dont go there. Click. I promise I wasnt rude at all. I was a bit frantic maybe because she needed to get home and after a few slip and slides (bad tires. was told they were snow tires, remedied after) I was nervous as heck. Okay, we wont use your service no matter where you go. I have a small cleaning business. Customer service is a huge part of any business.

        Taxi Number 41 was following me up Hackett Blvd in front of the Boys Academy and was beeping at me and riding on my bumper because I was going the speed limit of 20mph in front of the school. The person in front of me was also going 20 as we should have been. Very unprofessional conduct from the driver of Taxi 41 and very unsafe to try and get people to go faster in front of the school.
