        John was so incredibly kind and helpful. In an emergency he helped me from 45 minutes away and was able to save my cats life. He wouldnt even accept any compensation for his time and gas used or anything. Thank you so much again to John and everyone at BTU. Good people do still exist

        Very friendly service, called about my furnace because it wasnt working they were booked up for a few weeks out but the man had helped me over the phone diagnose what is wrong with it! Very friendly and helpful!

        We had a great experience with BTU. Technician came quickly, diagnosed and repaired furnace efficiently and at a low cost. Also worked around our schedule to avoid missing work. I will definitely call them again. Great customer service!
