Exceptional service. Highly recommended. Technicians are very friendly and professional. The owner Himself is second to nobody when it comes to diagnostics. Most times he knows the problem before he even looks at it. I find them very easy to work with.

Their VP could use some professionalism pointers.I work for a HVAC company and was contacted by New Tech's VP looking for assistance. The product he was looking for help on was supported by a different division of the company located in a different state. After explaining to Rob he was in the wrong spot, and providing the correct phone number, he proceeded to call me back multiple times and yell at me about how the other division wasn't answering the phone. I'm sorry? Not sure how repeatedly calling me and yelling at me is supposed to help anyone?

Zero Stars. This company installed our hvac unit incorrectly. Because they flipped the coil and botched the installation, we now have an infestation of mold within the entire HVAC system. We had a lennox representative verify this, and he provided us with the attached paperwork, stating that the incorrect installation by New Mechanical Systems led to an overgrowth of moisture, condensation and mold. Because New mechanical Systems had such poor workmanship, the drain pan failed as well, and left us with an entire leak that caved in our daughters bedroom ceiling. New mechanical system will not even acknowledge are claim. Steer clear of this company.
