I only Chose 1 star because 0 wasnt an option. A close friend of my husband passed and the arrangements were at this establishment. Upon arrival we were told to put a mask on and have our temp taken or we could not enter. This is absolutely absurd. The mandates are over, masks are no longer required in a MEDICAL setting never mind a funeral home. I did not put my mask on and was approached by an extremely agitated man telling me to put the mask on or leave. I asked him if this was a law to which he responded no its the owners put it on or leave. There are zero requirements to wear a mask ANYWHERE. The fact they were putting such tremendous pressure on people to mask up while they are grieving is disgusting. No one was made aware of this rule before booking their services otherwise the family would have chose another location. Do not have your loved ones wake here if you want to grieve properly in peace.

DO NOT BOOK YOU'RE SERVICES WITH THIS PLACE! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I showed up for a family members wake in June of 2023. We were immediately greeted with 2 women handing us masks and demanding us to put them on and then had to take our temperatures right after. I was reluctant to put on the mask and was then confronted by a worker that I must put the mask on or leave. Excuse me? This is not a law, there are no mandates, and we now know that masks did not work and we are through covid and moving forward. This is not a time or a place to push your policies and political agendas on others. How dare you! Oh and to top it off.... they never told the family that this was there rule before booking the place. Everyone was surprised at the door with this. We were burying a loved one and all you can do is worry about reprimanding us about masks!? What kind of business are you running here? I'm pretty sure if you own a funeral home you should have empathy and compassion. Keep your obnoxious opinions to yourself or you'll have people like me stand up to you with our own opinions!

On behalf of my family, we would like to thank Ms. Rose, George, Ms. Yvonne and the entire team for ALL everyone did to ensure my Father had a beautiful send-off last week. From the moment I met with the staff in March 2023 up until my Father's memorial service, the level of customer service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I reside in Georgia and found Rose's Funeral Home via a Google search. I had several apprehensions initially because I reside out of state so, I was extremely nervous with how everything would turn out. Well, Ms. Rose and the team calmed all of my doubt. Ms. Rose is very personable and truly cares, which is an attribute many people lack in this line of business. Moreover, the staff is patient and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that you are well pleased. We will FOREVER be a supporter of Rose's Funeral Home. Ms. Rose, thank you again for your support and for ensuring the process was seamless while providing the space for us to grieve.
