Absolutely the most unpleasant people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, every single time I spoke to them. Unfortunately I stuck with Allstate for years and was trapped with this agency after I requested to switch many times after leaving the area (they dont make it easy). I was repeatedly spoken down to, hung up on, and flat out lied to. I have a lot of patience and tolerance for unpleasant people but after years of being treated that way by multiple representatives I felt I had to say something.
Grateful to have bought a new car and moved in to another company.

RIPPOFF big time! First they give you a nice RATE and than I wanted to add DOORDASH for myself, a 65 year old Lady with over 30 years accident free driving, they wanted a whooping $ 125 more for a month, for a total of $ 300!!! I canceled and they charged me the whole month $ 175 for no Insurance having with them and on top another $ 100 for canceling the policy.
Freaking INSURANCE RIPPOFF!!!

I highly recommend this agency. They answer the phone whenever I call and are very informative and helpful. They also call me at renewal time to see if I have any questions.

I had the pleasure of speaking with VICTORIA SERPA the other day on the phone. She was helping with obtaining renters insurance. The lovely young lady was absolutely incredible. She was more than just amazing at her job. She was sincere and kind and genuinely an amazing person. She actually took the time to go absolve and beyond for someone who needed a listening ear. Bottom line she is an incredible human being and should be recognized for her great work and kindness. She has something a lot of the world is missing these days. Shes special. I wish I could meet her someday. I wish her the best and hope she recognized for how well she did at her job and beyond that. Thank you Victoria

My agent Victoria was awesome loved work with and she save a bunch of money thank you
