Excellent customer service! I've been a customer of Kristins Fine Jewlers for 10 years. They custom made my engagement ring. James gave us exactly what we wanted. He worked carefully to give us the best quality diamonds. Gave them a visit yesterday for Rodium dip on 2 of my rings. The process was complete in 30 minutes. No hassles to drop off and pick up at a later date. Their new location in the Westfield Mall is beautiful. Smaller and quaint. They are located right next door to their Pandora store. Will be back!

Purchased an engagement ring from here and  boy was my fiancé absolutely floored with how it came out.  The salesman was extremely helpful and ensured me that the ant design that I saw or wanted they would be able to accommodate.   He gave me calls updating me on the process and was able to finish the ring the day before they said!   Had no problem holding it  until I was available to pick it up.   Never once was did I feel pressured into purchasing anything more or over my budget.   Will absolutely be back!

Beautiful and unique pieces. If you can't find what you're looking for or want a better deal they always work with you. Very personable and caring staff, the owner is always looking out for his customers. You can tell they truly care and stand behind their product. Their engagement rings are beautiful and unlike any others you see, the quality is beyond compare and the time and effort they put into making everything perfect never goes unnoticed!

My now ex fiance and I purchased our engagement rings and at first we loved them then when my ring lost a diamond within days of buying the ring he took it as ba omen our relationship ended shortly after 3 years 14 days of engagement. Asked to return them.. they wanted to give me store credit saying you can get rings from us next time.
