When my husband and I decided to sell our home Jim was one of the first people we called. Jim helped us with the purchase of our first home 5 years prior. We knew Jim would be honest and insightful on what our best move should be, especially during a time where the interest rates were so high. Jim has an incredible team at Artisan mortgage including Michele who are so kind and helpful. They were both extremely responsive and patient on every call and email. Jimmy and the team at Artisan were exceptional. If I could rate 10 stars I would. All questions were immediately answered from beginning to end, and Jim couldn't have made the process any easier.
