This place has gone so down hill. The girls are rude and have no clue how to do pedicures. They cant shape your toe nails and cut you. Will never go back to this place. Service: Pedicure

Been here a handful of times over the past year, hoping to see an improvement in the service and it just hasnt happened. I really wanted to make this my neighborhood spot, but I just cant. I leave this salon upset and stressed every time I visit. The way Im treated vs the way other customers are treated is very blatant. Even when I have an appointment, Im made to wait for others who step in after me or Im sat at the end, waiting for a technician to service me. I feel like I always have to beg for the designs Im requesting (which is typically minimal in fashion) while others dont have an issue getting exactly what theyre paying for, and Ive seen some wild designs on other ladies sat beside me! Theres also been times Ive requested a service and been talked away from my request because they didnt feel like doing it. My nails are done in a rushed manner every time and they never look up to par for the price they request ($53+ for SNS French dip powder/ $80+ for poly gel manicure). There also hasnt been a time where I havent been nicked and left bleeding by clippers, which they used burning acetone to fix. Theres another review that mentions this, but I also feel Im not well received because of my skin color, no matter how much I tip after a sub par service. Ive had family members whove visited on their own time say the same. Ive had about enough of the poor treatment and half done nails and I wont be returning. Services: Manicure, Gel manicures
