Dr. Richard J. Tabershaw, MD- Suffolk Orthopaedic Associates

I have been a patient of Dr. Tabershaw for over 25 years, the reason for my longevity is unimportant. What is important is that over those many years I've never known Dr. Tabershaw to be anything other than engaging, thoughtful and a complete professional. However, his willingness to listen to what the patient and not dismiss what they are saying is one of his most vital qualities. I'd be remiss if I failed to mention his fine staff, from the P.A.s to the office personnel each one a professional in his or her own right. With my knees and shoulders carrying their own set of issues, I'm fortunate that I discovered Dr. Tabershaw when I did.

Terrible Dr rude and condescending! Will not be returning Update. My new Drs said its healing beautifully, they had casted it to protect it and prevent surgery. Meanwhile Tabershaw said it could be 2 weeks or 8 months.we always look up to Drs as being all knowing, this one is oppressive and authoritative. When I told new Dr my experience he was appalled. Update my bone is completely regrown. Im ok just some tendon stretching needs to be me done

Incompetent staff. Faxed them time sensitive paperwork. Told me they didnt receive it. Sent it twice. Now I lost out on a great job opportunity. Thanks a lot

Dr Tabershaw made me feel welcomed and very comfortable in his office. He has a great bedside manner. Made me feel back to normal after 1 visit. His assistant Mike worked magic. If I could give 100 stars, this office would get it.
